Great location near the highway and plenty of parking. The hotel and conference rooms are separate from the casino and restaurants, which is a plus for non-smokers. The hotel was clean, bright, and staff were friendly. The gym was also impressive, with a variety of machines and weights to choose from.
Limited options for dining, could use a buffet or sandwich shop. The staff at the casino could improve their customer service skills, as some encounters were described as impolite and confrontational by other guests.

Great hotel with clean and well-equipped rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was quick. The location had a short walking trail nearby and plenty of on-site food/restaurant choices. The views of the city from the room windows were amazing.
The casino had a lot of cigarette smoke and drinks weren't free. The slot machines' hold percentage was high, and it took a long time to find a cocktail waitress during happy hour.
